SEBAC-Nepal’s organisational Statute and the General Assembly governs the organization for its overall policy formulation and its compliance, ensuring compliance with the government acts, policies and guidelines related with mandate of the organization. The General Assembly comprises 29 members who elect the seven-member Executive Committee (EC), which plays an advisory role. Although the EC members are not directly involved in service delivery, they oversee quality and adherence to code of conduct through periodic monitoring and mentorship. The Executive Director (ED) is responsible and accountable to the Executive Committee for the functions of the organization, including overall program execution, donors’ compliance, and financial, administrative and human resource management. The ED is supported by the Program and Administrative Management Team in a day-to-day basis. The governing committee and staff including the senior management are inclusive of caste, ethnicity, gender and geographical representation.
