Objective of Program
• To create harmony and accelerate sanitation promotional activities avoiding the duplication of activities in the project VDCs.

Program Output 
Strengthened WASH Partners and Stakeholders' capacity at district and VDC level
• A one-day introductory seminar was held to introduce D-WASHCC members and know about the program, objectives and modalities with total 23 participants from government line agencies, D-WASHCC, NGO’s, Eye hospital and CBO’s.
• DWASHCC organized a one day gathering to achieve ODF Goal of the district.
• VWASHCs were formed in three program areas to prepare strategic plan regarding ODF.
• A total of 467 members in 25 sanitation and hygiene clubs were formed (243 Boys and 224 Girls)
• A total of 64 meetings were organized at 25 different schools.
Improved access to water facility at schools.
• A drinking water project was constructed in schools and a water source scheme was repaired in Thek Raj secondary School, Beladevipur with support from District Water and Sanitation Office, Kailali.
Improved access to sanitation facilities at schools and communities.
• Design estimate of the school toilets were made and included in the budget plan of DEO and WSDD/SDO.
• A total of 224 monitoring visits were made in 25 schools of 3 program VDCs.
• A total of 25 disposal pits were constructed in 25 schools.
• A total of 50 mass rallies in 25 schools were demonstrated by respective child clubs and its members participated by 500 students and local youth clubs with key sanitation message in play cards and banners.
• Three community triggerers were hired to perform 169 health education sessions in schools and community.
Treatment of Trachoma by identifying referring TF/TT cases
• Organized Trachoma screening and treatment camp in 6 places of program district in close discussion with the Geta Eye Hospital.
• A total of 20TT cases were identified by the eye specialist from camp.
• A total of 16 TT cases were identified at the health post camps sub health post levels.
