Objectives of Program
• Increase access to basic services, particularly drinking water and sanitation of flood, landslide and conflict affected households of Achham district in order to improve their livelihoods.
• Provide safe and reliable water supply services the development of new water supply systems (WSS) as well as reconstruction and rehabilitation of the defunct WSS 
• Increase awareness of communities on water-borne diseases and personal hygiene.

Program Output 
• A total of 37 community drinking water supply schemes were constructed providing drinking water facility to 2246 HHs (13644 populations). 
• A total of 67 drinking water supply and toilets at different schools were constructed where 14870 students benefitted from clean and safe drinking water. 
• A total of 5826 toilets were constructed and 6415 HHs were using those toilets. 
• All of the 11 VDC’s were declared as Open Defecation Free Zone.
• Family and community toilets were constructed in the households and community
• DWS and toilet for health institutions were constructed
• Construction Management Training were provided to the drinking water supply users’ committees 
• Construction Management Training were provided to users’ groups for repair and maintenance of the DWS and Sanitation and hygiene awareness training to households and schools.
• Supported district authorities to develop sanitation awareness package and DRM management.
