Objective of Program
• Equitable participation of landless, women, Dalit, and deprived communities in socio-economic development.

Program Output
• 203 landless resource-poor families are engaged in vegetable farming through agro farms and 22 leased blocks.
• 118 HHs participated in home gardening and 112 HHs in the semi-commercial vegetable production programme.
• 17 community fish ponds (4.3 hac) were rehabilitated involving 201 HH being directly involved in fish culture.
• A total of 19 leader farmers were developed as local resource persons to provide technical support to farmers.
• 22 LRPs were developed to deliver services at the local level.
• 11 improved goats and 2 he-buffaloes were provided to the CBOs for breeding.
• 14 HHs were involved in the vegetable seed production program.
• 18 people were trained as Veterinary Health Workers (VHW) to provide their services to the community.
• Eight nurserymen developed to supply seedlings to community agro-farm forestry and leased vegetable blocks and other community members.
• Procured improved goat breed (Jamunapari) and distributed to 9 goat rearing groups for nucleus breeding.
• On and off-season vegetable production (lease-based farming) and mushroom cultivation for income generation, multi-purpose tree nursery promotion, support to veterinary services, market, and hatiya management
• Soil conservation activities and institutional support to lead CBOs for sustainability and networking, and federating Production Apex Committees at the cluster level.
