Objective of Program
• To reduce poverty and hunger through community based income diversification.  

Program Output 
• 112 COs were formed by SEBAC-Nepal that had a participation of 3599 members out of which 1485 are Dalits and 2114 non Dalits covering altogether 22323 participants. 
• 10 more Cos were formed in the later stages. 104 Cos were already registered under PAF.
• Capacity Building: Different training and exposure visit programme, sewing and cutting training including literacy classes were conducted to enhance the capacity of CO members.
• CO network: A VDC level CO network has been formed in targeted VDCs to synchronize 112 representative members from all COs by sharing experiences and learning from each other.
• Income generation:  1206 members received an amount of Rs. 1,48,220,79 for income generation which includes livestock, agriculture, retail shops.
• An additional 1121 members from 7 VDC’s mobilized saving amount equivalent to Rs. 1,154,997 under revolving fund of CO.
• Saving mobilization: The entire CO has saving amount of Rs. 1,500,393.
• Creating community Infrastructures on demand driven approach. Altogether 21 community infrastructure projects have been forwarded to PAF through consultant. Among them 13 projects have been approved by PAF of which 6 water supply schemes and 1 irrigation pond, 1 micro-hydro scheme, 2 community buildings, 3 water supply schemes were completed.
