Objective of Program 
• To activate the existing female representation in VDCs in order to develop their decisive role in the formulation and evaluation of development projects.

 

Program Output
• Enhance the capacity of females in social development activities by reducing disparity between males and females, 
• Activate the existing female representation in VDCs in order to develop their decisive role in the formulation and evaluation of development projects, 
• Provide training (17 trainings) to female representatives on leadership quality development
• Provide training (17 trainings) to female representatives on their roles and responsibilities and development of leadership quality.
